Accessibility at SaskWater

SaskWater is committed to meeting the needs and abilities of all people while respecting dignity and independence. Guided by The Accessible Saskatchewan Act, the 2026-2028 SaskWater Accessibility Plan outlines actions to remove and prevent barriers so employees, customers, and the public can fully participate in our services.

Our Priorities

We are focusing on four key areas of accessibility:

Built Environment – Improving physical spaces in our offices and facilities to meet or exceed accessibility standards.

Information and Communications – Ensuring our website, documents, and customer resources are accessible to everyone.

Attitudinal Barriers – Fostering an inclusive culture through disability awareness, education, and training.

Employment – Providing accommodations so persons with disabilities can thrive in their careers with SaskWater.

Ongoing Commitment

Accessibility is essential to equity. We will review and refresh our plan every three years and provide annual updates on our progress.
